  • "Convient to everything. Ned's Nook is a quite compact but functional place to stay. We especially enjoyed sitting in the shady outdoor area. Very conveniently located - a minute's walk to the pub, and just a few minutes to the main street."

  • "Close to town - look no further. We had a great stay. If you want a place close to town, look no further! Perfect location and so close to the main attractions and restaurants in the heart of Beechworth. The location itself is down the side of another residence but is private. Perfect for a solo traveller and snug for a couple, but if you feel uncomfortable with a kitchen, toilet and shower in the same room then it might not be for you. We had a frustrating experience on the first night with the smoke detector ringing out every 30 mins starting at 1am until I removed the battery entirely. Not ideal given it’s the middle of summer but this was promptly addressed the next morning with great host communication and a replacement battery provided. Would be 5 stars otherwise!"

Great position- just around the corner from main streets , comfortable bed - not to mention the beautiful linen - top marks! Stylish and well presented - the skylight a brilliant touch.Air con more than coped with the chill - lovely after being out and about in close to freezing temperatures!"
